Adeline Rhodes is diagnosed with stage four kidney cancer and has months to live. Her husband, Blake Rhodes, seems preoccupied with her half-sister Rebecca, whom she constantly has to donate blood to. Blake mistakes Adeline for a calculating gold-digger, and she thinks he’s never loved her.
