Former Delta Force tactical master Jax retires to a small town to protect his paralyzed adoptive mother, Rita. But persecution from a biker gang, corrupt cop Earl, and Mexican drug lord Lobo forces him to take up arms again, joining his old unit and the townspeople to wipe out the drug network.
