Fifteen years ago, He Caiwei chose to save her childhood friend Lin Dongrong in a fire, which caused her younger brother, He Tianqi, to resent her. Fifteen years later, He Caiwei marries Lin Dongrong and becomes pregnant, but she suffers from domestic abuse. Lu Sicheng reveals the truth, and He Chengyu, filled with regret, begs for forgiveness. In the end, He Zhenzhen is sent to a mental institution for poisoning He Caiwei, and after He Caiwei recovers, she agrees to marry Lu Sicheng.
