After a one-night fling with her longtime lover, Fionn Cheng, Maura Lin found him mysteriously missing. Her stepsister, Shirley Lin, brought Maura's father to catch Maura in the act, accusing Maura of infidelity, disgracing the Lin family, and ultimately kicking her out of the house.
